Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd clinched the Asia Pacific Property 2015 -2016 award for 'Best Safe Home' and High Commendation 'Property Single Unit' for Nada Alam at Pajam at the International Property Awards held at The Shangri La Hotel Kuala Lumpur this month. With a gross development value of RM630 million, Nada Alam was introduced in the market as a green living and sustainable lifestyle concept that is nestled on 160 acres of freehold land. Under this system, building materials are brought onsite into a controlled environment, where the components of the building are made and assembled, saving time and completing the project within budget. Notably, Nada Alam houses come with 'Eco-ventilation', an integrated structure of the buildings that provide natural air conditioning to maximise on natural ventilation. The development also features a dedicated backyard for farming as well as a three-tier security system and secondary safety protocols to ensure the safety of its residents.

In announcing the win, Seri Pajam director Tey Soo Leng said: "Our concern was to address our Home Buyers concerns in all our property developments. Therefore, we are delighted to be internationally recognized for our serious commitment in successfully achieving this objective by winning Best Home Award and receiving a high commendation for Single Property Unit."
