The Journey

Our journey from a "Class A" Contractor, Bukit Maju Development Berhad, to a prominent developer, Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd. 

Bukit Maju Development Berhad is incorporated as a construction company. 

IBS System

1978

Engaged as the main construction contractor of Putra Nilai (formerly Bandar Baru Nilai) a 6,233-acre integrated township. Main facilities constructed include: Alson Klana Resort (Nilai); Nilai Spring Golf Club and Nilai College.

Other construction projects include:

  • Alson Klana Resort (Seremban)

  • "The Store" Shopping Center, Seremban

  • Over 2000 residential and commercial units

1990s

Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 3 March 1994 as a construction company and it later ventured into property development.

1997

Commenced on the construction of:

  • Gemencheh Dam

  • ERL Rail track - Dengkil to Putrajaya 

2000

Seri Pajam Development commenced its first development,

2005

Taman Mulia

First launch of Taman Mulia, Pajam, a joint venture with Majlis Perbandaran Nilai.

Tiara Heights

  • First launch of Desa Putera at Bahau.
     

  • Joint venture with TH Properties to develop the 100-acre Bandar Warisan Puteri, Seremban. 
     

  • Joint venture development with local landowners to build Tiara Heights on a 39-acre piece of land in Salak Tinggi, Selangor.

Perdana College Heights

First launch of Perdana College Height, Pajarn, a joint venture with landowner, Nova Loyal Development Sdn Bhd.

Desa Puteri

Completion of Desa Puteri, Bahau project spanning 100-acre.

Villa Suria

Expanded business to Seremban through a joint venture development of Villa Suria with TH Properties Sdn. Bhd.

2007

  • Seri Pajam Home Facebook Page launched.

  • First launch of Nusa Intan, Senawang, a 240-acre development.

Launch of Citra Hill at Pajam, Negeri Sembilan, spanning 87-acre.

  • Launch of 160-acre of Nada Alam at Pajam, Negeri Sembilan

  • Inaugural Fun Ride event, flagged off at Nada Alam

  • Received the 5-star Best Residential Landscape Architecture Malaysia by Asia Pacific Property Awards (Architecture) for Nada Alam. 
     

  • Opening of Seri Pajam Development Headquarters at Nilai

  • Launch of D'Mayang Sari, Nilai a residential development that spans 65-acre.
